If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of the shipping or purchase date for a full refund or exchange. All merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with the original tags and packaging attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn sneakers or apparel back into their original packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
